Welcome to KavukiGo. This platform connects skilled artisans with clients. By using our website or mobile app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By registering or using KavukiGo, you agree to follow these terms and our privacy policy. KavukiGo is only a marketplace; we do not provide artisan services directly.
2. Role of KavukiGo
   KavukiGo connects clients with independent artisans. We are not an employer, agent, or guarantor of any artisan. Any agreement for services is strictly between the client and the artisan.
3. User Accounts
   To use the platform, you must create an account with accurate details. You are responsible for your login information. We may suspend or close accounts that break our rules.
4. Use of the Platform
   Clients can request and hire artisans. Artisans can list their skills, set prices, and accept or reject requests. Users must not post false information, break the law, harass others, or bypass the platform to avoid fees.
5. Payments and Fees
   Payments are made through KavukiGo’s payment system. We may charge a service fee on each transaction. Artisans receive their earnings after fees and deductions. Artisans are responsible for paying any taxes on their income.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
   Cancellation rules may depend on the artisan’s policy. Refunds, if applicable, will follow KavukiGo’s refund guidelines. KavukiGo may help resolve disputes but is not responsible for enforcing refunds.
7. Ratings and Reviews
   Clients can leave reviews and ratings about artisans. Reviews must be honest and respectful. KavukiGo may remove reviews that break our policies.
8. Intellectual Property
   KavukiGo owns the platform, logo, and designs. Artisans own their service content but allow KavukiGo to display it on the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
   KavukiGo is not responsible for the quality of services, disputes between clients and artisans, losses, or damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees you have paid us for using the platform.
10. Termination
    We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are fraudulent, or fail to pay fees. Users may close their accounts anytime.
11. Privacy
    By using KavukiGo, you agree to the collection and processing of your data according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be settled in Ibadan Oyo State.
13. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
